Subsequently, I moved to Los Angeles, where I had the opportunity to work as a private chef, bringing my cuisine into the homes of exclusive families. My experience was further enriched in Mykonos, where I continued to operate as a private chef, immersing myself in local culinary traditions and expanding my repertoire of flavours. My journey then led me to Dubai, where I took on the role of Head Chef at Ammos Greek Dubai, a place that allowed me to fully express my creativity and passion for Mediterranean cuisine. Each experience has taught me something new, contributing to shaping the chef I am today.
