My hands-on experience in bustling kitchens and my ever-growing passion for food have allowed me to refine my skills in culinary arts, management, and client relations. I am of Italian origin, and my career has taken me to work in international settings, enriching my approach to cuisine with diverse and inspiring influences.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my culinary journey working as a private chef for high-profile families, where I learned the importance of discretion and personalised service. My career then continued in prestigious restaurants such as the QUADRI RESTAURANT of the ALAJMO group in Venice, where I held the position of Head Chef. Here, I had the opportunity to contribute to a Michelin-starred kitchen, further honing my skills under the guidance of renowned chefs. I also worked at the ROYAL MANSOUR Hotel in Morocco, an experience that allowed me to participate in pre-opening operations under the direction of chef Max Alajmo, a three-Michelin-starred chef. My experience also includes managing MAMMARA’ LOCANDA SICILIANA in Milan, where I developed new dining concepts and managed the opening of new locations in Italy and abroad. Each experience has enriched my professional background, allowing me to grow and adapt to ever-new and stimulating contexts.

Becoming a Private Chef

I chose to become a private chef for the unique opportunity to offer a personalised and intimate culinary experience. Working as a private chef has allowed me to serve high-profile individuals and families, including members of Middle Eastern royal families and international celebrities. This experience taught me the importance of tailoring my dishes to the specific tastes and needs of my clients, respecting dietary restrictions and desired flavour profiles. I love bringing haute cuisine directly into my clients' homes, creating unique moments that celebrate quality and culinary artistry.
