My culinary philosophy is based on the balance between flavour and health, a combination that has guided me through various professional experiences. Every day, I strive to create dishes that not only delight the palate but also nourish the soul, using the highest quality ingredients and innovative techniques to enhance natural flavours.

Chapter Two

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey as a nutritionist chef, working for a VIP Italian family in Porto Cervo, Sardinia. This experience allowed me to develop a particular focus on healthy and nutritious cuisine. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work as an executive chef at a wellness retreat on Lake Como, where I was able to refine my skills in creating menus that promote holistic well-being. My career also took me to Abu Dhabi, where I was the executive chef of a vegan restaurant for a royal family, an experience that enriched my understanding of plant-based cuisines. I had the honour of opening a gourmet sushi and healthy cuisine restaurant in Formentera, a project that required creativity and attention to detail. Each stage of my journey has contributed to shaping the chef I am today, with a clear vision and an unwavering dedication to culinary quality and innovation.
