Every dish I create is a work of art, a perfect balance between aesthetics and taste, where innovation marries tradition. I am deeply convinced that the quality of ingredients is fundamental, and I dedicate myself with passion to selecting the finest products to offer an unforgettable culinary experience to my guests.

My Culinary Journey

I began my professional journey at the prestigious La Dame de Pic in Dubai, where I had the opportunity to work in a Michelin-starred environment. This experience allowed me to refine my skills in fine dining and learn from the best chefs in the industry. Subsequently, I collaborated with Chef Robin Hofer to offer exclusive culinary experiences through the Chef's Table Experience, an opportunity that enabled me to perfect my skills in creating personalised tasting menus. I also had the honour of working as a Junior Sous Chef at the Bolle Italian Restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Dubai, where I could express my passion for authentic Italian cuisine. Each experience has enriched my culinary repertoire, allowing me to develop a unique style that combines traditional techniques with modern innovations.

Becoming a Private Chef

My transition to the role of a private chef was driven by the desire to offer bespoke culinary experiences that go beyond a simple meal. I love bringing haute cuisine into private residences, creating intimate and personalised atmospheres that transform every occasion into a unique event. Being a private chef allows me to work closely with my clients, understanding their tastes and preferences to create exclusive menus that reflect their personality. This personalised dimension of service enables me to best express my creativity and offer a culinary experience that is as much a journey as it is a meal.
